Returns/Exchange

J Elise Boutique wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not fit or simply did not work out you may return it within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You may exchange it for a different size if available or you will be provided with an online store credit good for one year minus all taxes and shipping costs. Your return must be unused and have the tags attached.

Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. You will be held responsible for shipping return packages that are not shipped by J Elise Boutique or are lost in the mail. Will not accept returned merchandise that is worn or dirty. This will be returned at the buyers expense. Thank you for your understanding.
